Refund policy
MOSKIDDOS wants you to be happy with your purchase. But we know sometimes things don’t work out. If an item doesn’t make you happy when you get it, please contact us within 15 days of delivery. The shipment must be made within 15 days after receipt of the order. The customer shall be responsible for shipping/returning costs, as well as any possible taxes and import charges in their country.
MOSKIDDOS will only be responsible for the shipping and return costs in case of a delivery of a defective product. If you want to change an item, you have to return it and buy a new one.
Our sample goods in the Archive Sales section are final sales. No returns or exchanges will be accepted for these items. We will not be responsible for goods that are lost or damaged in transit back to us, as well as those retained in Customs. We will not accept returns sent to us because of refusal to pay custom duties. In this case, the customer won’t be entitled to a refund.
Once we receive the items (in perfect condition, with their labels, hangtags and original packaging) we will process your refund immediately using the same payment method you used to purchase the items.
